Hallo! Vielen Dank für den Hinweis, die Info ist neu für mich. Ich werde mir das mal anschauen!
jekappsKeymasterHey Wout, many thanks for your feedback. This problem is now fixed with the latest release v2.5.0.
Please let me know if you notice any more issues.15. December 2019 at 23:37 in reply to: Oracle Java no longer available (and Soundseeder support broken?) #1620jekappsKeymasterThanks for your feedback. I’ll receive my new Raspi 4 in a view days and will try to run soundseeder with the latest raspbian buster release.
Have you already tried to install oracle java? There are some decriptions available via google…jekappsKeymasterHello Rademenez.
Soundseeder already offers lock screen controls. (On my Samsung device its working fine)What Android device and version are you using?
jekappsKeymasterHello Narf. Sorry but at the moment soundseeder is only supporting other soundseeder apps as speakers.
There is no support for chromecast devices or other speakers yet.jekappsKeymasterHi. Thats a nice idea. For downloading I can simply add a “share” button, this would be easier than QR scanning. The autoconnecting is also a very good idea, I’ll check that…
jekappsKeymasterHi Fab.
There are three ways to get this done:
1. You can acitvate shuffle mode to play your current playback queue randomly
2. You can sort your playback queue randomly via the main menue when your playback queue is opened
3. You can add a playlist randomly to your playback queue via the green play buttonjekappsKeymasterYes, I have it on my radar.
There is no official timetable yet, but I don’t think that Google Music will shutdown before 2020.I’ll do my best to have a replacement available when the time has come… 🙂
jekappsKeymasterHi AJ. First of all many thanks for supporting me! 🙂
At the moment it is not possible to disable the volume adjustment on a speaker. But its a nice idea for a future release!
Google music tracks are always streamed. SoundSeeder is not able to access your downloaded google music songs and I’m not allowed to make them available for offline playback in soundseeder….
Greets
JensjekappsKeymasterAt the moment I’m not working on a user interface for the java version, sorry.
If you have coding experience: There is an open source project by “flexguse”. He has implemented a web UI for the java speaker: https://github.com/flexguse/soundseeder-speaker-ui
jekappsKeymasterHello Steve.
The problem is, that dirble falsely reports that these streams are down.
For example BBC2:
https://dirble.com/station/bbc-radio-2At the moment soundseeder only imports those stations that are online. Otherwise there would be thousands of offline stations in the database.
I will think about a solution for this. Thanks for reporting!jekappsKeymasterHere in germany Google Music stations are only available with a subscription (also in the Google Music player). Maybe this works in some other countries, but its hard to test it from here, sorry…
jekappsKeymasterHey there. Yes, its still supported and the next version is about to be released very soon.
Greets, jensjekappsKeymasterHallo. Ja, das Problem sollte in der aktuellen Beta Version behoben sein.
Du kannst dem beta-Test im Playstore beitreten. Bis zum offiziellen Release wird es noch ein bisschen dauern…
Gruß
JensjekappsKeymasterThanks for your feedback. Good to know that sideloading is working.
FireTV stick is on my list. When I get one, I’ll give you an update. -
