I have an dlna openwrt server that i use for music but Soundseeder don’t see it. With android VLC app i see the dlna server from my smartphone. Before to buy premium version i would like to know if my dnla server works well with soundspeaker. I have to do something special to make the dnla server visible for soundseeder?

Thanks you, and sorry for my poor english

    Hello.
There is a bug in the current version of soundseeder with dlna and Android 7. Are you running Nougat?
The problem is already fixed in the current beta.
If you like to join the public beta, check this post: SoundSeeder V2.0 beta

I didn’t apply for Beta because i read that is not compatible with “version 1” so i try with a device that have 4.4.2 Android version. I see my dlna server but when i open it i see all the folder with 0 object. If i try to enter in the “ALL MEDIA” Folder i see all my music (despite it show 0 object too) but the other are empty. For example the “Album” folder that often i use are empty.

I try to set option “Strict to DLNA standard” set on, but nothing happen.

Openwrt dlna server are compatible with Sounseeder or i made a mistake?

Ps. If i Buy “premium” version 1 of Soundseeder in future i have to pay version 2 too?

I haven’t tested soundseeder with openwrt yet, but I havn’t heard of any issues yet.
Would be great if you could test the dlna server with soundseeder v2.

And yes, the premium license will also be valid for version 2. You don’t have to buy it again.

Now it’s works. I didn’t install version 2 but for a mistery it works with v1, i simply restart my dlna server.

Now I buy premium version. Ty for your support.
