Is your Android device connected to the same network? Please check the ip address in the SoundSeeder settings, is it something like 192.168.126.*?

– If not: You need to specify the correct network interface when starting the speaker app.
– If so: Maybe your Windows firewall is blocking the connection to your phone? Have you been asked to allow Java to access your network?
